The road to health has many turns and needs a variety of mediums. I believe that to achieve optimal health,  there is not a singular "end all be all" cure, but that putting pieces together can bring true harmony.

 
 

Occupational therapy

As a licensed therapist, I can provide a differential diagnosis for understanding the concerns within the body more thoroughly. I use massage, modalities, stabilization, mobilization, endurance, strengthening, range of motion, and body mechanics to rehabilitate someone after an injury. I also believe in education and preventative wellness approaches for long-term health. 


trx

This is a suspension-based exercise that allows the human bodyweight to be the resistance for strength training. I see so much value in TRX because it allows the challenge to be "just-right", and provides easy adjustments in suspension. It's also one of the fastest ways to get a full-body workout for highly motivated individuals. 


yoga

Vinyasa Yoga encourages breath-guided movement to increase flexibility and muscle tone. I incorporate rehabilitation-based yoga for all of my treatments, which can be a strong foundation for recovery and health goals. Whether someone wants to touch their toes, strengthen their core, build body awareness, or calm the mind, yoga has it.
